Insurance and Billing 

We file claims for consultation services offered by our medical professionals associated with customers’ visits at our hospitals or offices. The client may have to pay charges for various services including laboratory services, anaesthesia, radiology and other medical services. We partner with various health insurance providers . Sometimes clients may receive partial payment or “out-of-network” payment from insurance providers who have not partnered with us hence customers have to bear higher financial obligations. Please visit your plan’s provider record to establish whether our doctors are contributors of your health plan. We bill your health insurance provider for the services provided at our hospital or by our physicians. After receiving the bills, your health insurance provider will review and settle the bill within three months. We anticipate receiving payment directly from your insurance carrier that is the reason we file a claim with your insurance provider on your behalf. You will be required to settle the outstanding bills if your insurance provider fails to pay the due amount on time.You are liable for the payment of all deductibles, copayments, coinsurance and other services not included in the insurance plan.

Our support team is committed to assisting you clarifications on various insurance benefits associated with your visits.  Nevertheless, it is your obligation to recognize the insurance benefits and ensure the payment for services received.
